In this Petition for Certiorari[1] under Rule 64 of the Rules of Court, the Manila International Airport Authority questions the Commission on Audit's ruling that disallowed added costs incurred in connection with an agreement for consultancy services for the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAJA) Terminal 2 Development Project.
