The majority holds respondent administratively liable for allegedly (1) deceiving and strong-arming his clients, herein complainant and his wife, into signing a compromise agreement where they effectively waived their rights and interests over a parcel of land[1]; and (2) selling out his client's cause in order to gain personal benefits.[2] These are the acts on which the majority imposes the supreme penalty of disbarment.
