PER CURIAM:
 
Before this Court is the Petition for Judicial Clemency[1] dated September 8, 2021[2] filed by former Regional Trial Court (RTC) Presiding Judge Rolando G. Mislang (petitioner) seeking that he be allowed to retire with full benefits and that his disqualification to be employed in any branch or instrumentality of the government, including government-owned and controlled corporations, be lifted.
