This resolves the Petition for Certiorari[1] assailing the May 31, 2013 Decision[2] and the August 30, 2013 Resolution[3] of the Court of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. SP No. 117993, denying petitioner Angelina Villanueva's Petition[4] for certiorari and Motion for Reconsideration,[5] respectively. The appellate court ruled that the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) did not commit grave abuse of discretion in ruling that petitioner was not entitled to her requested retirement differential pay.[6]
