To question the acquisition of jurisdiction over the person of the accused, objection to one's arrest must be made before arraignment. Failure to do so estops one from questioning the irregularity of their apprehension for purposes of jurisdiction. However, the failure to timely object to the illegality of one's arrest does not affect the constitutional right to dispute the admissibility of evidence unlawfully seized from the accused.[1]
