PER CURIAM:
 
A lawyer's participation in the falsification of court documents is a reprehensible act which merits administrative sanction. It is directly contradictory to the oath one takes upon becoming a member of the Bar and shows unworthiness to continue in the practice of law.
 
The Case

This involves an administrative Complaint[1] filed with the Court by Melody H. Santos (Melody) against respondent Atty. Emilio S. Paña, Jr. (Atty. Paña) for committing gross immoral conduct, in violation of the Lawyer's Oath and the Code of Professional Responsibility (CPR).[2]
