This is a Petition for Review on Certiorari[1] under Rule 45 of the Rules of Court filed by petitioner Philippine Pizza, Inc. (PPI) assailing the Decision,[2] dated May 23, 2018, and the Resolution,[3] dated November 27, 2018, of the Court of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. SP No. 140927.
