PER CURIAM:

In the general elections held on June 5, 1934, in the Province of Occidental Negros, the candidates who received votes for the office of provincial governor were the protestant Ildefonso Coscolluela and the protestee Emilio Gaston.

After the election and the counting of the votes by the boards of election inspectors of the various precincts of the municipalities of said province, and after the canvass of all the votes made by the provincial board pursuant to law, the latter proclaimed Emilio Gaston governor-elect of said province with a majority of 103 votes, having received 24,587 votes as against...
