Ballot Exhibit 769 contains on one of its lines the word or negative adverb "no". This cannot be considered as a distinguishing mark but as a clear indication that the voter did not want to vote, as in fact he did not vote for any candidate for the office indicated on said line.

Ballot Exhibits 38, 41, 144, 1746, 1902-VV, 3431, 3432 and 3909 are not marked ballots; the fact that some of the names appearing therein are written in capital letters and others in small letters or ordinary characters cannot be considered as a mark.
