In the case of the Liquidation of the Mercantile Bank of China, instituted in the Court of First Instance of Manila, Pacific Commercial Co., Fisher Flouring Mills Co., Inc., and Carnation Company filed claims asking that the Bank Commissioner pay them the amount of the various drafts which they forwarded to the said bank for collection from various persons and entities.
