This is an appeal from a judgment of the Court of First Instance of Cagayan, finding appellants Filemon Caggauan, Vicente Orpilla, Federico Valendia, Estanislao Vidad, Calixto Garma and Emiterio Vidad guilty of multiple murder, attended with the qualifying circumstance of evident premeditation and the aggravating circumstances of treachery, superior strength, with the aid of armed men, by a band, and uninhabited place, and sentencing each and every one of them to be electrocuted to death, and jointly and severally to indemnify the heirs of each of their victims, namely, Mariano Adviento, Onofre Adviento,...
