These five cases involve lots comprised in two large parcels of land, one belonging to plaintiff Antonio Tuason, Jr., and the other to plaintiff Nieves Tuason de Barreto, subdivided into a number of lots and leased to the defendants and their predecessors-in-interest for a period ranging from 25 to 33 years, the lease contracts all expiring on December 31, 1953.
