Virgilio Cabral y Constantino and Josue Jaula y Alejandrino were charged in the Court of First Instance of Manila with complex crime of kidnapping with robbery, under the provisions of article 267 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by Republic Acts Nos. 18 and 1084, in connection with articles 293 and 294 of the Revised Penal Code, in an information subscribed by the Assistant Fiscal of Manila. The information reads:
