This is an appeal from the order of the Court of First Instance of Negros Oriental dated October 29, 1958, dismissing plaintiffs' complaint for lack of jurisdiction.
The complaint was filed September 17, 1958, alleging that plaintiffs were permanent, year-round employees of defendants by virtue of agreements entered into between them and that, in violation of said agreements defendants dismissed the plaintiffs from their employment. It was prayed that a writ of preliminary mandatory injunction be issued for immediate reinstatement; and after trial that the dismissals be declared illegal and plaintiffs...
