This is an appeal from a final order of the Court of First Instance of the city of Manila, in contempt proceedings prosecuted under the provisions of section 172 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The principal case to which these proceedings are ancillary, was an action to enjoin infringement of a patented process for the manufacture of curved handles for canes, parasols, and umbrellas.
