(hereinafter referred to as LISTCO) and the National Development Company (referred to hereafter as NDC) for the review of the resolution of the Court of Industrial Relations en banc of September 2, 1965 modifying the decision of the trial Judge of May 13, 1964 in Cases Nos. 36-IPA, 36-IPA(81), 36-IPA(2) and 36-IPA(4).
