Appeal from a decision of the Court of Appeals affirming that of the Court of First Instance of Bohol.

In this action, initiated on March 18, 1946, Sofronio Camacho, the original plaintiff therein, seeks to establish his title to a parcel of land, of about 72 hectares, described in the complaint as Lot I-B of Cadastral Case No. 15, G.L.R.O.
