This Court was persuaded to give due course to this petition for the review of an award of respondent Workmen's Compensation Commission in favor of respondent Reynaldo Padelara primarily because of the contention by petitioner, the employer, that the hearing was vitiated by a failure to observe the command of due process, 1 although two other objections were likewise raised, namely, that the injuries sustained by the employee did not arise out of the course of employment and that he failed to comply with the requirements of Section 24 of the Workmen's Compensation Act providing for the two-month period from...
