This appeal by certiorari from a resolution of Court of Industrial Relations, if typical, yields the impression that in the realm of management there is not too-marked an appreciation for the quality of mercy. What is sought is a reversal of an order of respondent Court reinstating one Fidel Gotangco dismissed by his employer, petitioner Philippine Air Lines, for having been found guilty of the breach of trust and violation of the rules and regulations of the company.
