Appeal on question of law from the decision of the Court of First Instance of Manila, Branch IV, in Civil Case No. 50136, entitled "Vicente Lat versus Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co., Inc., H.E. Pratte and Feliciano M. Armildez", dismissing the plaintiff-appellant's complaint for lack of jurisdiction.
