This case is before Us on petition for certiorari to review the Resolution en banc of the Court of Industrial Relations reversing the decision of the trial Judge which found respondents guilty of unfair labor practice and ordered the reinstatement of petitioner Enrique Soriano with back wages from the time of his dismissal.

The antecedents of this case are as follows:
