This is a review 1 of the decision of the Workmen's Compensation Commission reversing the referee's award for disability benefits granted under Sections 17 and 18 of the Workmen's Compensation Act, as amended.

Petitioner, Victorino Octavio, was a former employee of Marinduque Mining and Industrial Corporation with a position of Flotation Operator. He had been under the employ of respondent company since 1959 and had worked as Assay Helper, Wiper and Messenger.
