Case No. 1376 having been prosecuted in the Court of First Instance of this city by Francisco Gonzalez Quiros against Carlos Palanca Tan-Guinlay, for the collection of a certain sum of money, and judgment adverse to the plaintiff having been rendered therein and an appeal taken, this court, in its decision handed down on March 3, 1906, 1 found that the plaintiff was entitled to judgment for the sum of P7,981.80, with interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum from the 21st day of January, 1894, until the amount should be paid, and the costs of the suit.
