Appeal taken by Manuel Dimatulac alias Commander Ligaya and Fernando Borja alias Fer from the decision of the Court of First Instance of Tarlac in Criminal Case No. 167 finding them guilty, beyond reasonable doubt, of the crime of murder with frustrated murder and sentencing both, as follows:
