This is an automatic review of the decision of the defunct Court of First Instance of Misamis Oriental in Criminal Case No. 52-M which imposed the death penalty.

RAFAEL SAYLAN was accused of the crime of rape in the sworn complaint of Eutropia Agno said to have been committed as follows:
