This petition for certiorari seeks to set aside the decision dated March 28, 1980 of public respondent Presidential Executive Assistant Jacobo C. Clave in NLRC Case No. R04-8-6873-75, entitled "United CMC Textile Workers Union, complainant-appellee, versus Central Textile Mills, Inc., respondent-appellant," reversing and setting aside the decision of the then Secretary of Labor and dismissing the petitioners' complaint for unfair labor practice, and the resolution dated March 3, 1981 issued by Deputy Presidential Executive Assistant Joaquin T. Venus, Jr., denying the petitioners' motion for reconsideration....
