NARVASA, J.:

1. The Res. All the above entitled cases involve the same res: 33, 133, 266 shares of stock of San Miguel Corporation which are in the names of 14 corporations as registered owners, 1 and are subject of a voting trust agreement. 2 The shares represent at least 31% of the total outstanding capital stock of the corporation. All the issues raised relative to said shares are inter-related; they ore all concerned essentially with their sequestration by the Presidential Commission on Good Government, and the ascertainment of their ownership.
