An appeal by Jose Vayson from a judgment of the Court of First Instance of Misamis, sentencing him to six month's imprisonment and to the payment of the costs of the cause for a violation of the Election Law. The original information is as follows:

"Jose Baison is accused by the undersigned of a violation of paragraph 4, section 30, of the Election Law, committed as follows:
