The petitioners in this special civil action for certiorari and mandamus assail the Resolutions dated March 7, 1989 and April 10, 1989 of the National Labor Relations Commission in NLRC-NCR Case No. 00-08-02892-87, which set aside the decision of the Labor Arbiter and ordered the latter to receive further evidence.
