PADILLA, J.:

This is an appeal from the judgment * rendered in Criminal Case No. 784(245) of the Court of First Instance of Baguio and Benguet finding the defendant-appellant, Eduardo de Dios guilty of the crime of Rape and sentencing him to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua, to pay the offended party the amounts of P30,000.00, as moral damages; P20,000.00, as attorney's fees; and P10,000.00, for actual expenses; and to pay the costs.
