This appeal was raised, through a bill of exceptions, by counsel for the defendants from the judgment rendered on April 22, 1913, whereby the Honorable Adolph Wislizenus, judge, held that the plaintiff is the owner in fee simple of the parcels of land described in paragraph 4 of the complaint, and that the sale of the said parcels made by the sheriff to his codefendant Jose A. Clarin is null and void.
