VITUG, J.:

Ascribing grave abuse of discretion on the part of respondent Court of Appeals, in its decision 1 of 06 May 1993, the petitioners have come to this Court in a petition for certiorari, prohibition and mandamus. The appealed decision has turned down herein petitioners' petition for certiorari assailing the Order, 2 dated 24 June 1991, of the court a quo that, in turn, denied petitioners' motion to dismiss the complaint in Civil Case No. 9884 of the Regional Trial Court of Negros Oriental.
