On the 23d day of September, 1913, the prosecuting attorney of the Provinces of Cagayan and Isabela presented a complaint in the Court of First Instance of the Province of Isabela, in which the defendants were charged with the crime of robbery. The complaint alleged:

"That on or about one of the last days of the month of March, 1913, in the municipality of Ilagan, Province of Isabela, P.
