MENDOZA, J.:

This is an appeal from the decision[1] of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 160, Pasig City, finding accused-appellants guilty of murder and sentencing each of them to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua and to pay the heirs of the deceased the amounts of P50,000.00 as indemnity, P21,026.00 as actual damages, and P300,000.00 for loss of earning capacity.
