PANGANIBAN, J.:

Conspiracy exists when two or more persons come to an agreement to commit an unlawful act. Such agreement may be inferred from the manner in which the offense was perpetrated, or from the concerted acts of the accused themselves in the pursuit of their common unlawful design.

The Case

Before the Court is an appeal by Nomer delos Santos, Rico Ramos and Leopoldo Abarientos, assailing the November 25, 1997 Decision[1] of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Naga City (Branch 28) in Criminal Case No. RTC 97-6644.
