JOHNSON, J .:

The purpose of this action was to recover a parcel of land, as joint owners. The land is particularly described in paragraph 2 of the complaint. The action was commenced in the Court of First Instance of the Province of Oriental Negros on the 24th day of July, 1915. Issue was joined and a trial was had; after which the Honorable W.E. McMahon, in a carefully prepared opinion, decided that the land in question belonged to Jose G. de la Pena, absolved the defendant from all liability under the complaint, and ordered the plaintiffs as well as the defendant Trinidad Tamarra not to interfere with his possession,...
