Accused-appellant Henry Ponseca y Soriano appeals from the Decision[1] of the Regional Trial Court of Caloocan City, Branch 131, convicting him and his four co-accused[2] of the crime of robbery with homicide, sentencing them to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua, and ordering them to pay the heirs of the victim the amounts of P30,000.00, as civil indemnity and P10,500.00, as burial and wake expenses.
