Facts:

Accused-appellants were convicted by the trial court of the crime of murder and were sentence to suffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua.
Witness for the prosecution testified that accused Campomanes was the one who held the victim's arms, while accused Rosita was the one who stabbed the victim.

The victim suffered from 8 stab wounds

Whether conspiracy was sufficiently established by the prosecution.

Whether treachery attended the commission of the crime.
