On automatic review is the decision[1] dated February 16, 1998 of the Regional Trial Court of Iloilo City, Branch 23, in Criminal Case No. 44165, finding herein accused-appellants Avelino, Domitilo, Diosdado, and Nelson, all surnamed Galgo, guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Murder and imposing upon them the penalty of death.
