For review on certiorari is the decision[1] of the Court of Appeals dated December 22, 1998, in CA-G.R. SP. No. 48578, reversing that of the voluntary arbitrator which ordered respondent Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. (PLDT) to reinstate petitioners. Also impugned is the resolution dated May 24, 1999, denying petitioners' motion for reconsideration.
