Before us is a petition for review on certiorari[1] challenging the Decision of the Court of Appeals dated December 28, 2000 and its Resolution dated April 19, 2001 in CA GR-SP No. 56656, "Union of Nestle Workers Cagayan de Oro Factory, et al. vs. Nestle Philippines, Inc. et al."
