Assailed in this petition for certiorari under Rule 45 of the Revised Rules of Court is the decision of the Court of Appeals which dismissed the petition for certiorari filed by petitioner, United Special Watchman Agency ("USWA").

A complaint for illegal dismissal and payment of money claims was filed by respondent employees against USWA and Banco Filipino Savings and Mortgage Bank ("BF"). It stemmed from the termination of the Contract for Security Services[1] entered into between USWA and BF.
