TINGA, J.:

The Court Administrator is charged[1] with assisting the Supreme Court in the discharge of its administrative supervision over all courts and court personnel.[2] With the Court Administrator's awesome authority comes the burden - no less awesome - of strictest adherence to the Code of Judicial Conduct. As the Court's principal arm in the performance of its constitutional duty,[3] the Court Administrator must be the embodiment of ethical deportment. It is ironic, therefore, when the Court Administrator is accused of violating the same Code that he is tasked to uphold and enforce.
