Challenged in this case is the Decision[1] of the Court of Appeals (CA) in National Power Corporation v. Henry James Pike, Aurelia Gapit and Crisanto Navarette, CA-G.R. CV No. 56686, which set aside and reversed the judgment of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Calamba, Laguna, Branch 35, in Civil Case No. 2245-95-C in the form of an Order.[2]
