While the appeals in sixty-eight cases brought by more that two hundred plaintiffs to recover damages from the Manila Railroad Company, defendant and appellant, hereafter called the Binday cases, were in process of development for submission to the court, Attorney E.G. Turner and associate counsel as the legal representatives of the plaintiffs.
