This is a petition for review on certiorari[1] of the October 18, 2001 decision[2] and March 18, 2002 resolution[3] of the Court of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. SP No. 53413 which in turn affirmed the March 5, 1999 decision[4] and June 10, 1999 resolution[5] of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) in NLRC NCR CA Case No. 017886-99.
