Assailed in the present Petition for Review on Certiorari is the Court of Appeals (CA) Decision[1] dated October 21, 2002 and Resolution[2] dated February 13, 2004, dismissing the petition filed by Jaguar Security and Investigation Agency (petitioner) and affirming the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) Resolutions dated September 19, 2000 and November 9, 2001.
