On appeal is the Decision[1] dated September 28, 2006 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. CEB-CR-H.C. No. 00224. It had affirmed with modification the guilty verdict rendered by the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Ormoc City, Branch 35 in a murder case against appellants Lolito Honor and Alberto Garjas.
