Assailed in this Petition for Review on Certiorari 1  are the March 31, 2006 Decision2  and September 18, 2006 Resolution3 of the Court of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. S.P. No. 82354 which reversed and set aside the September 11, 2002 Decision4 of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) in NLRC Certified Case No. V-000001-2000.5 The assailed CA issuances declared the illegality of respondents' retrenchment as well as held petitioner guilty of unfair labor practice (ULP), among others.
