The Case 

This appeal by petition for review on certiorari seeks to set aside the adverse decision promulgated on September 11, 2002, 1 whereby the Court of Appeals (CA) reversed the decision rendered by the Regional Trial Court (RTC) ofNegros Occidental in favor of petitioners.
